		<description>My grandfather, John J. Mullen bought 720 acres of land in what is now Conifer in 1918 for a total price of $10. He owned the Civil War well, he built the big yellow barn and the ranch house. He also donated the little white school house. I am very interested in your activities. Please keep me informed.
